Our range of sauces and dips are all made in our Temple Bar kitchen:

Mango & Chilli dip. €6.95
Wonderful with fish cakes, fried chicken or even just livening up your sauteed potatoes or a sandwich.

Chilli jam. €6.95
This has lovely depth of flavour, with a medium kick! Forget all about that really sugary chilli jam you find in the shops, this is the real deal.

Satay (peanut) sauce. €4.95
Sweet, sour, salty & spicy (just a little), everything a great satay sauce should be. Just heat and serve.

Javanese curry paste. €4.95
Just add passata and coconut milk to create a green curry with wonderful depth of flavour. Then either braise lamb in the sauce, or simple add chicken, prawns or vegetables.

This is for when you're feeling lazy, we've done all the work for you. Straight in the pot, add your favourite ingredients, cook 'em and away you go. Curry in a hurry!

Our Asian, house salad dressing. €6.95
Another winner, beautifully balanced using award winning Broighter Gold rapeseed oil, organic apple cider, ginger, garlic, galangal and shallots, with a little fresh chilli to add a small bit of bite.
