Here at Chameleon we really do care about the produce we use, although our food is Asian, it's important to us to use the best of Irish produce. Then we combine that excellent Irish produce with the wonderful aromatic spices of 'The Spice Islands', to lovingly & skillfully create dishes that not only taste & look fantastic but are ethically sound.

All of the meat we use is Irish, all chicken & eggs are free range & Irish, naturally, as we're an island, all fresh fish is from Irish waters & from sustainable stocks. We think it's important. Chameleon is a special place, it's more than just a restaurant, it's more than just a place of work. It has its own personality, with one or two quirks! But we love it, we hope you do too.
